1. What materials are used in Nadine Sherif jewellery?
Nadine Sherif jewellery pieces are executed using silver plated and 21k gold plated brass, sterling silver 925, and 18k gold plated sterling silver 925. Some of the pieces are intentionally oxidized to create depth and contrast in the design. Also Nadine Sherif jewellery uses only semi-precious or precious stones.
Jewellery Care
1. How should I store my sterling silver jewellery?
- Avoid oxygen and moisture in the air by:
- Store in an area with low humidity (no bathroom storage).
- Store each piece in an air tight bag.
- Place a packet of silica or piece of chalk in the storage bag.
- Keep your jewellery pieces clasps or closures unhooked to avoid moisture buildup.
2. What should I avoid when wearing my jewellery?
Avoid tarnish by wearing your jewellery often!! Natural oils in your skin will actually help protect and clean your silver piece.
You should remove your sterling silver jewellery before doing any of the following activities:
- Working out
- Swimming
- Showering
- Sunbathing
- Applying hairspray or hair products
- Putting on lotion, perfumes, and makeup
3. How do I clean my jewellery?
Be sure to do the following:
- Use a special non-abrasive cloth to avoid scratching (included in your packaging box).
- Regularly move to a new section of the cleaning cloth.
- Do not rub in a circular pattern – follow the grain of the silver.
- Avoid areas that are intentionally oxidized as part of the jewellery piece design.
Shipping and returns
1. How long does shipping take?
Manufacturing the order will take from 7-15 working days.
We make sure that you receive your jewellery piece in the best condition with the best courier service within 3 working days.
2. What is the return policy?
Nadine Sherif jewellery will accept returns up to 14 days after you have received your order. Make sure to contact us on ns.jewellery18@gmail.com to return and refund the order within the 14 calendar days. The order must be returned in its original condition unused and packed as you received it to get your refund excluding the delivery fees.
Customized orders are final and non-refundable.
Items on sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
